- Bedroom 2 (Top floor): King bed, skylights, ensuite, balcony access
- Bedroom 3 (Top floor): Queen bed, storage, balcony access
- Bedroom 4 (Top floor): Queen bed and twin daybed, panoramic canopy views, balcony access
- Bedroom 5 (Lower level): King bed, ensuite bathroom, private entry
