Open floor plan made it easy to hang out. 4 bedrooms with ensuites is a rarity and made our business trip super convenient. Walkable to a few things which was nice to get some steps in!P.S. The slope on the top floor bedroom makes the shower better for someone on the shorter side!

Thank you Katie! And we are glad you appreciated the special shower!
Great house for family and great location for activities around Duke, NCSSM, and Durham. Host was wonderful and very communicative and helpful in regards to any of our requests or needs.
Home was nice, clean, modern accommodation that was perfect for our stay while visiting colleges in the area. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

Thank you Jeffrey! We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay and we hope to see you again soon!!!
Took my boys to visit Duke University. This location worked out great for us. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and lots of things to do. Very clean house and just as advertised.
The home was exactly what we needed for our time together. We cooked and baked a lot during our few days there and were grateful for a well stocked kitchen. Would have appreciated a coffee pot other than a Keurig, but someone local was able to share one with us.
4 couples stayed for the weekend. Home was exactly as advertised. All of the beds where comfortable, the common areas accommodating, and location was perfect for where we needed to go. I highly teotbis property

Good stay, Comfy beds
The house is very nice. It was cozy and quiet and we enjoyed our stay.We did have some issues. Access Code didn’t work when we arrived and they quickly fixed it. Internet only worked about half the time. Some broken items in bathroom which we pointed out. Kitchen was not ideally stocked with pots and pans. And we found 3-4 hairballs. These were nuisance issues and we want to stress that we very much enjoyed the stay.
A modern farmhouse that is pretty inside and in a quiet neighborhood, relatively well located and an easy walk to town. We were celebrating a family birthday. The kitchen was not very well outfitted. For instance, there was no potato peeler and the few kitchen knives they had were so dull as to be almost dangerous. The number of dishes were scarce for a rental that says it can accommodate up to 11 (we only had 7) I found our bed to be uncomfortable as well as most of the furniture in the living area. I’m not sure how well the cleaners clean as there were dust bunnies, grit on the bedroom floor and garbage in the nightstand drawer.

Hey Lea,
Thank you for the feedback. We have bought a couple of new knives as well as a sharpener for the current ones. Thank yo for bringing that to our attention. We have also ordered a deep clean be done tomorrow and added a peeler to our cooking tools drawer. We did see there were 8 sets of dishes plus another set (not matching) and then 3 more sets in the Guest house. The 2 units together sleep and feed 11 comfortably but we went ahead and brought 5 more sets so thank you for that. We are sorry you didn't find the comfiness of the beds or livingroom furniture to your liking. We hadn't had any complaints about them before. We will keep that in mind. Thank you for following the house rules and being so kind as to also dry the towels that you used. We appreciate your feedback and wish you happy holidays.
Thank you
Our family was gathering on the occasion of our son's wedding. The house was comfortable & the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The church was less than a mile from the house so the location was ideal.
The host was incredibly gracious and accommodating. We asked for a late checkout due to an unanticipated funeral on the day after the wedding and she was extremely considerate.
Our only complaint is that Saturday night when we returned from the wedding reception at 11:00 the battery for the keyless lock to the apt. was dead and we were unable to enter. I texted the host hoping for a response and solution without a response until the following morning. After researching Yale keyless entry locks it appeared I could use a 9volt battery to gain entry. An hour-long search I returned with a battery and it still would not open. Thus, my wife and I slept in our wedding clothes on the sofa & living room floor. Sunday morning the host texted with information about where an emergency key was located and we were able to access the apt. and retrieve our belongings.

Fil we apologize for the late response. We have taken appropriate measures to see that the key lock doesn't give anymore issues. We thank you for your honest review and will use the info to better assist others in the future.
