Apartment located in a traditional neighborhood of Envigado in a friendly and safe area, just 10 minutes walk from the "calle de la buena mesa" sector with several restaurants and bars most vibrant sector, also close to shopping centers and integrated routes to public transport. just 15 minutes from the "poblado" and other tourist places. From this centrally located accommodation everyone can enjoy easy access to the entire city and its surroundings.

Apartment on the 4th floor, in a nice and traditional neighborhood of Envigado, The apartment is approximately 100 square meters, fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area with washing machine. Spacious master bedroom, Queen bed with private bathroom and closet. The second bedroom also has its own closet, semi-double and single bed. The third bedroom has Queen bed with closet, also has work area and balcony, A great place for a short or long term stay.

We have 120 MG stable internet speed. For those of you who like to be in a more local neighborhood, surrounded by shopping, supermarkets nearby, gyms and being able to walk anywhere you need to go, this is the place for you!
