Welcome to Riley's Retreat! You'll feel right at home at the top of the mountain in this first floor modern and updated 2br/2ba mountain condo that sleeps 4. Whether you're relaxing on your balcony, enjoying an action-packed day on the slopes (mountain biking in the summer or skiing in the winter!), or hiking the beautiful trails, you're sure to have a memorable getaway. Enjoy access to a resort pool, hot tub, sauna, workout area, and much more. We are also less than a mile from Overlook Barn! Perfect for 2 couples, any group of 4, or a great small family getaway. Our clean and bright condo is conveniently located at the top of a beautiful mountain for a relaxing time away!

Enjoy the beautiful wood-burning fireplace, well-stocked kitchen/dining, in-unit washer/dryer, and private balcony. We have plenty of comfy living room seating and you are just steps away from our all-seasons building with a ton of amenities. There are 2 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The master bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed and en suite bathroom while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee from our Keurig - we supply a variety for you to enjoy! There is also unlimited wifi and three smart TVs with full cable lineup.

We want you to come and relax, enjoy all our space has to offer, and just take in your time at the top of this beautiful mountain!

**IMPORTANT** GETTING HERE WITH YOUR CAR IN THE WINTER MONTHS!! We are at the very top of Beech Mountain and your climb to the top in inclement weather can be very difficult unless you have a 4x4 or all-wheel drive vehicle. We recommend chains and/or cables if you do not have this type of vehicle. THERE IS A FLASHING LIGHT AT THE BASE OF THE MOUNTAIN. THIS WILL ALERT YOU IF YOU NEED TO PUT THE CHAINS/CABLES ON YOUR CAR. We suggest RaysWeather.com for the most accurate weather in the area. We are approximately 2 hours from Charlotte and Asheville. We are approximately 25-30 minutes from Boone, Blowing Rock, and the Northeastern Tennessee border.

This place was very accommodating and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. There areas where the floor is buckled and bulging but its not horrible. I would say that is the only negative thing I could say about it.
