Stay in one of Mammoth's finest 3 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom Townhome properties in Mammoth lakes California and is just a stones throw from the slopes at Eagle Lodge. Complete with gourmet kitchen, this four-level, spacious townhouse has gorgeous views of the Sherwin Mountains.

This property enjoys additional luxury and views from a separate deck with private covered jacuzzi and gas BBQ grill off the master bedroom. The living area features a large kitchen with granite countertops, island w/bar stools, river-rock fireplace, TV with DVD player, 3/4 bath, and private washer/dryer.

The master bedroom features a King bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. Third bedroom features a bunk with 2 Twins, as well as a Twin trundle for a total of 4 Twin beds in the third bedroom. The loft has a Twin trundle for a total of 2 Twin beds, a Queen and TV. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

This unit sleeps a maximum of 12 people, comes with a private single car garage with 2 additional outdoor parking spaces in the driveway, and is 4 levels inside. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There is no smoking and no pets permitted. Nice Townhome near Eagle Run

Could not ski the first 2 days so we were stuck indoors. This townhome proved to be a very nice place to stay - roomy and full of all the necessary amenities. The private jaccuzzi was wonderful. Had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Good: the condo is close to the slope and essentially ski-in/ski-out. You will need to walk up a small hill both going to and returning from the slopes. Kitchen is adequately supplied. BAD: We ski twice a year and have stayed in many condos both newer and older, but this was the worst we've rented. The unit needs significant updating and better maintenance. 1. The windows facing the mountains were either dirty or had broken seals. 2. The house was extremely dusty. Dust was visible when lifting the bedspreads (YUK), and it had accumulated on the kitchen cabinets, appliances and furniture. 3. The floors throughout the house were not clean. When I wiped the floor in my bedroom with a wet rag after dropping something, the rag was filthy. I tested a few other areas and got the same results. A thorough cleaning of the floors is needed. 4. The instruction sheet mentions spotty internet due to the remote location, but that seems like an excuse. There is no Roku or streaming device, though we were able to connect a laptop and stream YouTube TV without a problem. 5. Several appliances also need attention. The oven window was dirty, the dishwasher only works if dishes are basically cleaned first and it has a lot of visible scale buildup, and the dryer will not dry a normal load of towels. 6. The bench at the entry is broken and will flip if you sit on the edge and the sectional coach pulls apart when sitting. 7. Bunk beds are hard as a rock and squeak when turning over.

This place is nicely situated and had everything we needed. The location was great, the on-site manager was friendly and helpful. I read other reviews, some negative, and we did not have a similar experience. If something appeared dated, but was functional, it did not bother us. The rooms were nice, multiple levels afforded privacy. Multiple decks provided different views and additional privacy. Bathrooms and showers on each level gave everyone their own. Ample towels and linens. Sun shinning through the main level's large windows each morning. We had a great time.

I only have one complaint - lighting in the living room is low. Only two small lamps for a very large area. Otherwise, its great and the beds were comfortable. One other thing that wasn't the condos fault, was our next door neighbors were very loud and those sleeping in the loft could hear them.

Most things are great, but as I mention in my review every time- more lighting is needed. The living room and bedrooms are so dark at night you can’t even read a book. Also there were not enough spoons for the amount of people it accommodates. We had to go and buy plastic cereal spoons.

The Bridges T7

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed several times here because we like the location near to chair 15, it is a large unit and there is parking for 3 cars. It is a close walk for our family and grandchildren to the ski runs. I have a few suggestions to improve the unit. The lighting in the main living area is insufficient. It is quite dark. Also, we had to use a colander for a salad bowl as there weren't any large bowls. These are small items overall. We have rented from Mammoth Sierra Reservations for years and they are great!

Unit 7. Bridge to nowhere

Kid friendly with lots of carpet.A few issues: the room at the bottom is advertised with 4 beds but it’s way too crowded for 4 adults. Also the heating was very difficult to manage . We were either way too hot or we turned it off and sweet cold no in between. Last I was told I could check out late but then that wasn’t communicated and I got a threatening email from the people the next day saying I would be charged if I wasn’t out by 10. It was resolved but caused stress unnecessarily. On a positive for cabin 9 which I also rented , the keys were locked in the cabin and someone came to help within 20 minutes

We like the unit and have stayed there several times. BUT, we wish there were more lights. You can hardly read a book at night. Heating was a problem. The downstairs is cold and upstairs is hot. If you turned the room heaters downstairs on, it tripped the breakers making them unusable. The onsight manager who is responsible for the snow removal of the driveways and road is not a people person, rude and unhelpful. Calling this a ski in ski out unit is a misnomer. We had to dig our own trail thru 5 feet of snow that took us an hour each day because of the snowfall.

Accessing the hot tub through the master suite was a bit awkward. In August the house was really hot so no one could sleep in the loft. It really needs blinds for the main windows to help with the heat from the sun. We could barely hang out in the main room/ kitchen during the heat of the day. Only one window had a screen. If it would have had air conditioning the place would've been absolutely perfect.

Reviewer Comments: Nice size unit, however many issues, dryer didn't work, TV in Master Bedroom didn't work, master bathroom was so cold it was unusable. Dish washer was didn't clean the dishes. The street were solid ice and not plowed or salted, and the steps and porch were covered in ice and snow. Cosmetically the unit was perfect, however the unit doesn't, and the high price considering Eagle lodge was closed, and it took two hours to get to the mountain due to traffic.

Great Cabin With A Few Hiccups

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing, big cabin with great amenities. The kitchen was beautiful and plenty of room for our large group.A few things went wrong though. The hot tub was nearly impossible to heat up. We couldn't even get in it our first night, and after heating overnight, we were finally able to get in for about 15 minutes before it cooled off again.One of the bunk beds on the bottom floor just toppled down because the top bunk wasn't connected to anything! Thankfully, nobody was sleeping there.The dining chair had a faulty leg, and completely broke when one of us sat down on it. There are also sheer curtains in certain rooms, so the morning sun can be pretty brutal.

It’s large and well appointed, but there were a few small problems: the handrails for the stairs will give you splinters, everybody got one; the carpet in the bathroom is kind of yucky, and some areas can really use an upgrade. Overall clean, although when I went to preheat oven, there was a pan with bacon grease inside it. There are many things that could be fixed/updated at this home. Most windows/track did not work, hard to open or close, during a storm woke up to front window that blew open by itself, it was not touched by us at all during trip. There was also paint peeling from the ceiling in the master bedroom, and all shower heads in bathrooms could be updated. The place has great potential, just needs some tlc. Would recommend to a friend but would warn them about the quirks of this place.

Old and dirty

My family and I have been staying at Bridges Townhomes for years. We have always had great experiences with Bridges. However, it was our first time staying at Townhome #7 and we will never stay there again. As soon as we arrived we saw multiple dead and alive bugs everywhere in the house. The kitchen appliances were not washed and had dirt everywhere. The furniture was very old and broken. The carpet is also very old and dirty. We had to keep our shoes on the entire time. Overall a very bad experience at townhome #7. We will never stay here again.

Hello Ariga, Thank you for the review and feedback, it was nice having you. It is unfortunate that you had a bad experience during your stay. I apologize for the state you found the unit in and will address this with housekeeping as that is not up to our cleanliness standards. We have never had any comments regarding alive and dead bugs everywhere, we checked the unit and did not find bugs and as you can see this is not mentioned in the other reviews. We will keep this on our radar. We have replaced the wobbly coffee table and the carpets have been professionally cleaned. Thank you, Stefanie
