What do you love about your property and location?
The complex is very quiet but within a quick drive to downtown and lovely gulf beaches. The condo is fully stocked with linens, cookware, beach chairs, a beach umbrella/tent, all in an effort to make traveling easy and convenient. The condo features a comfortable large master bedroom featuring a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom includes two twin beds. When considering what to do for the day, a trip to the everglades, a boat ride, a visit to the beach, a stroll on 5th avenue, you can sit and have coffee on the screened in lanai and discuss your plans. Or you can stay put, relax in the pool or play tennis.
PLEASE NOTE: This condo is part of a condo association and requires an application process prior to rentals being approved for occupancy. Application process takes approximately 30 days and is an online form.
Rental terms are monthly, by calendar months (Jan 1st - through January 31st, Feb 1st-Feb 29th, March 1st-March 31st, etc. )
NOTE a comprehensive online application is required by the condo association. The application takes approximately 30 days to process and costs $150.00, NON REFUNDABLE. I cannot do any last minute bookings. The application process requires a background check, including social security number and proof of income. There are no exceptions, even with pre-payment. Renters outside of the U.S. will have additional requirements.
