We enjoyed our time at Wiggins Lakes and Preserves. Claude was extremely helpful and available for any questions or needs we had. Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful complex and convenient to everything!
We had a very pleasant stay at Wiggins Lake for the last month. The condo was very nice and comfortable. Claude, the owner was so nice and immediately responded to any questions we had.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Claude always answered his phone however the condo was not well maintained.- bikes and kayaks were in the guest bedroom which we needed to use. We were asked to put the bikes in the outdoor shed which was down a flight of stairs.- no cable reception for the first 3 days which was corrected after spending days on the phone with Claude and the cable company and an appt with a cable guy. On the first day we spent 3.5 hours on the phone with Claude and the cable company.- carpet that was old and stained especially where closet doors opened- poorly stocked kitchen with old pots and pans, limited cutlery, kitchen knives where stained, no pizza cutter, kitchen floor looked dirty and was permanently stained (We did little cooking during the month. I bought a new pan to make eggs for breakfast).-burned out light bulbs-microwave (installed in 1991) was unplugged and buzzed when plugged in-toilet in guest bathroom screeched when flushed (fill valve needs to be replaced-chairs for tables were coming apart or squeaked-many towels were old and stained. There was one stained washcloth for a condo for six persons (we bought some washcloths)- two beach towels for a six-person condo-1 laundry basket-picture frame on floor is master bedroom, picture frame in living room falling apart-exhaust fan in master bedroom was loud-the furnace was very loud-sounded like a helicopter was above the unit which woke us up during the night.-water for washing machine was turned off

We rented thru Vrbo for the last 17 years and, fortunately, we never experienced any reviews or complains similar to Vincent's. Our guests are happy to be back year after year and they are treated with the respect they deserve.
Vincent never complaint about any of the items above during the time he was in our apartment, except for the Comcast service which we addressed immediately, we met all his requests, and we paid $ 377 for the month he was there.
Regarding the bikes and kayaks... we thought guests would appreciate to have them available for their enjoyment.
We are extremely glad that everybody else that vacationed in our place was happy!
Mr Katz was easy to contact and reacted promptly to any issues or questions. Location is a short drive to numerous beaches and restaurants The complex is well kept. Two pools that are serviced regularly
My friend and I rented this condo for the month of February this year. The complex is fabulous.....quiet, well maintained and minutes from shopping, restaurants and the beach.
Claude, the owner, was wonderful. There were a few issues that he addressed immediately. What a wonderful month!
