Cook up some island meals in the well-appointed kitchen where you will find all essential appliances, dishes and cookware. Cool off in the private inground pool or stretch out poolside on the spacious patio that sports an outdoor kitchen. You have the option to dine indoors in the large dining room or outdoors on the extensive verandah where you can catch gorgeous sunsets in the evening. Enjoy magnificent views of the volcano, mountains and the sea from the comfort of the villa or take a stroll to any of the three black sand beaches that are within easy walking distance. Your stay at the villa includes cable TV, WiFi/internet, phone (local calls only), housekeeping, washing machine and plenty of off-street parking. And if you're lucky, the large mango tree on the property will be in season!

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic 15days in Carpe Diem.The veiw from the veranda was amazing. The villa was comfortable and well situated, with in walking distance of the beautiful Isles bay beach. We hired a car for the duration of our stay which was essential it was through Joe Irish who was very helpful. The pool was lovely and a nice size. The surrounding area was a sun trap but also had plenty of shade. We were however disappointed to find that there were only two sun beds, which were both unusable. For our party of three the kitchen facilities were satisfatory. However, if the villa had been full i.e. six people it would have been difficult to eat at the villa due to lack of crockery and cutlery. The Isle Bay beach bar was really friendly and provided lovely meals at a reasonable price. It was our first visit to Montserrat it is a beautiful island and everyone was very friendly and we'd love to return.

Peter, I'm glad you enjoyed your time in Carpe Diem. Sorry the sun beds didn't work out for you. I only became aware that one was broken when you brought it to my attention; unfortunately, it takes a fair amount of time to get replacements of that kind of thing on Montserrat. We will also investigate the status of the crockery and cutlery in the villa, as there used to be sufficient quantity for at least six people. Hope to host you on a future visit! Elena
