Overall nice house. The screen door sticks bad. The bed makes people roll into the center. Still a nice place to rent.

House was pretty clean upon arrival. I did sweep and when I tried to move a night stand to another room, bc each room only has 1, there was clutter and uno cards shoved under it. Which made me wonder how good it was cleaned from the previous guests. Everything else appeared clean and smelled clean. We used the washer and dryer and were glad we brought our own supplies, although the listing says supplies are there, we did not find any. No big deal. Washing machine was out of order but we hand washed our few dishes. Was a great house to use to visit our son as he does his lineman apprenticeship in WI! Would rent again with no hesitation! Thank you!

Melisa was kind and responsive. It was easy to check in. The house was pretty clean inside. The beds were comfy and the shower was excellent. Upon arrival there was a out of order sign on the dishwasher. I really didn't want to have to do dishes on vacation, and that was one of the things I look for when choosing properties. When doing laundry there were two concerns: the washer drains into a hole in the floor but often leaves a large puddle at the bottom of the basement stairs. (I let Melisa know Upon arrival) The dryer doesn't vent outside and goes directly into the basement. Both machines were newer though. The neighborhood wasn't the nicest and you'd have to drive quite a distance to get to a place you'd feel safe shopping or eating at. I personally would not stay again for that reason alone.

The house was very clean, the extra locks on the doors and the security signs in the yard made it feel safe, the host was very helpful, replied promptly and checked in often, the back patio, the pool table, and exercise equipment were nice additions to stay. Overall it was a very smooth and pleasant experience.
