Discover the ultimate coastal retreat at our modern 3-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront condo in Rockport, TX. With the capacity to sleep 10 guests comfortably, this spacious unit is the perfect escape for families and friends, seeking a memorable coastal getaway. The unit includes a private boat slip right off your patio deck, has direct access to Aransas Bay (and Little Bay) and is 1 mile from Rockport beach. We (the owners) manage the property ourselves and our mission is for you to love your visit!

🌊*Waterfront Bliss: Step outside onto your private patio (just rebuilt) and cast your line into the water for a relaxing fishing session right from your doorstep. Bring your boat and make use of the private boat slip that is right off the patio (included in the rental) and use our on property boat ramp.

The condo was very clean. Host communication was great. The fishing pier is very nice and provided some great fishing. We also fished off the boat slip, which was very good too. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo in Rockport

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Central location in Rockport, close to everything. The grounds were well maintained and we had such a fun time on the pier. The condo was so nice and very comfortable with everything you could need. We really enjoyed being on the ground level and being able to walk right out to the boat docks. The host were incredible and very responsive, we will definitely be back.

This is our second time to stay at this property, and we absolutely loved it just as much as the first time. The location is perfect. Everything is clean and the views are beautiful. The hosts are more hospitable than any other VRBO property I’ve used. It makes for the PERFECT home away from home for a great time with family at the coast! Can’t wait to book our next stay.

Great stay, just needed the cleaning ladies to step it up.

Great property and view, fishing was okay off the back dock. The pier was the best and caught lots of trout. But we arrived and we still saw sand in the showers, and not enough towels. But ok overall.

Beautiful condo right in the water

Our family of 8 stayed in this beautiful 3 br condo right on the water in Fulton Beach. The kids loved being able to fish off the back patio & finger piers. The bed was comfy & the unit was very well stocked & clean. The only reason for 4 stars was because the living room furniture was not comfortable.

Excellent Vacation property!

Such a great experience. The owner was very responsive and answered all the questions I had. Check in was as smooth as it gets. The location was perfect. It was near Heb and walmart and many restaurants. The condo itself was very clean and it had all we needed for our 4 day family trip. We had the pool for the kids and the fishing pier for the adults in our family. Rockport Beach was just a mile away. We were very pleased with our stay. Oh and the beds were comfortable too. We will definitely be returning to this home in the near future. Thank you!

Great stay

We had booked this trip in advance without knowing hurricane Alberto would be present. The property managers were so attentive and caring to make sure my family was safe and not heading into a bad situation in Rockport. They were able to adjust our stay to have a late check in and were periodically checking in to make sure all was well there. The condo was perfect for our large family. We had four kids and five adults and we all loved it. The kids loved the bunk beds and the pool being right next door. The view they have is AMAZING! The porch leading to the dock is perfect! Everything about this place we loved. We will definitely stay here again!

We have been coming to this property since 2000, and used to be the sunburned kids who fished and swam all day. After Hurricane Harvey in 2018, we had the opportunity to buy this condo. Following an extensive remodel, we are now happy to call one of the best properties in the area our second home.
