(No additional blower in guest bedroom)
Located on the second floor of the north-end of the four-story building, this oceanfront condo boasts first-class views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. Watch dolphins swim by year round from lanai! Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai and get a close up view of the giant sea turtles that come up on shore to sun themselves! (No touching though!)

The place was clean and nice. We really liked the ocean view but wish it would have been clearer that you couldn’t just walk out into the ocean and wade in the water or really walk along a long section of the beach. We missed being able to do that.

Aloha and thank you for your review! Glad that you like the condo, but sorry to hear that the beach/ocean experience wasn't what you had been looking for. It is really shown in the photos of all of my condos that this is not a long, sprawling beach place, in fact, that doesn't really exist in the Kona direct area . . need to be either up north farther (and then, not usually any oceanfront places) or down south (same, except some more beach type rentals). Of course, it is always very important ot both look at photos, and then ask lots of questions if you have a very specific idea of what you're looking for in your rental. . . . The Kona Coast near Kona town is not known for long sandy beaches . . it is more of the younger island, rugged and fabulous terrain great for snorkeling and watching sea life (and surfing!!) Up north (Kohala Coast area) are the longer stretches of beaches and such, but not really any oceanfront options for vacation rentals.

We really enjoyed being in the heart of all the action in the Kona area. The evening sunsets were fantastic. Even had turtles visible from the balcony in the tide pools below. We'd love to come back!

It was exactly like the photos and even better being there in person. We slept every night with the screen doors open listening to waves and enjoyed sunsets on the patio. Little downtown area was only a few minutes away. Loved everything about it!!
