The neighborhood is quiet and located on a small lane of multi generational family homes. It overlooks the world famous Port Royal Golf Course, home to the PGA in Bermuda. There is a Jamaican takeout restaurant, a scooter rental place, a Laundromat, a grocery store, a gas station and a boutique hotel all within walking distance to the home.
You’ll have access to the entire upper level of the property. There is a lower one bedroom that remains unoccupied for most of the year.
