Nestled inside a boutique community, located in the heart of Oxford, you don’t get a more authentic Oxford experience than this. THREE free parking spaces are included in the underground garage, but since you'll be located just blocks from all the action, no need to worry with vehicles out after you check in!

In the Southern Charmer, the BlairHaus design team took this classic design to another level. You will find all of the creature comforts in your home away from home, topped off with a ton of extras to make everyone in your group happy! Walk to the Square for dinner with your Ole Miss student or walk to the Grove or Swayze to catch one of the big games! 24/7 access to the fitness center and study room are also included in the newly renovated 514 Jackson Condominium Building. Experience Oxford the way you’ve never seen it before during your stay in the Southern Charmer!

Great Location and Beautiful Unit

This condo was perfect for our college visit. Three very spacious bedrooms with 4 bathrooms made it perfect for our family. Kitchen was great but we never used it. The location was minutes from the square and a close walk to campus. An added bonus was a beautiful gym that we used every day we were there. We will be staying here again for sure!
