Luxury condo overlooking the Historic Oxford Square. Covered balcony. Local boutiques, dining and entertainment are all within a 1 minute walk! The Ole Miss campus is 5 minutes away.
Pets are Welcome with approval and $300 non refundable pet deposit. Please send an inquiry with the number, types, and sizes of pets prior to booking. Once approved, you will receive a booking pre-approval with a quote that includes the pet fee.

"Legends on the Square" is a luxurious, modern condo on the historic Oxford Square located in the prestigious Tyler-Inmon House. Legends has been beautifully appointed with fine furnishings, amenities, and artwork that honors MS Musical Legends of the past. Live like a Legend!

Start your morning with a relaxing cup of coffee on the spacious private balcony. Mix your favorite cocktails with B.B. King at the elegant bar. Watch the big game on the 65" Frame TV with Elvis. Truly enjoy a one of a kind experience amongst the Legends!
We have thought of every detail for a comfortable stay. We provide beautiful linens, coffee, toiletries, and high speed fiber internet. In addition, a full array of concierge services are available! Tell us what you need and we will make it happen.
Your stay includes a dedicated covered parking space in the building's garage. For your convenience there is an elevator just steps from your parking space. The elevator lobby has Luggage carts are in the elevator lobby for your use.
If there is anything you need, let us know and our concierge service will arrange it for you. We can plan anything from day trips to grocery, wine, and floral deliveries to catering for a small gathering.
Conveniently located just one hour from the Mississippi Delta and Memphis, Tennessee we can arrange limousine services for you to experience the legendary Delta Blues, Memphis's famed Beale Street, and the casinos in Tunica. Whatever your needs we will help make your visit memorable. Our goal is to make your stay as relaxed and effortless as possible.
Our quiet condo comfortably sleeps four guests. The master bedroom features a King bed, a large smart tv, and an ensuite full bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a Queen bed and is steps from the 2nd full bathroom located in the hallway. Should you have additional guests, there is a large down sofa and an air mattress with extra linens will be provided upon request. We also have a wonderful collection of Mississippi Blues books and lots of places to just kick back and relax.
*The pantry is stocked with serving platters and bowls in a variety of sizes. They are there for you to use whether it's in the condo or in the Grove. If you are visiting for a game, there are 2 grove chairs in the laundry room. A wagon and a rolling cooler will be provided upon request.
Check-in instructions with guest codes will be sent prior to arrival. Please feel free to message me with any questions you have before or after booking. We look forward to welcoming you to Oxford and everything it has to offer.
If you have a larger group please ask about our 4 bedroom home just two blocks away from our condo on South 8th Street.

Beautiful condo!! Excellent location!!

This is a great condo so close to the square. It is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Our favorite spot was on the back deck/balcony overlooking a quiet street in the trees. The condo had everything we needed and lots of thoughtful extras! Tammy is a wonderful host and has truly thought of everything! I hope it’s available every time I come to Oxford!

My husband and I grew up near Oxford and both attended Ole Miss. We now live on the MS Gulf Coast. Our oldest daughter is in school at Ole Miss. Our younger daughter is still in High School on the Coast.
We have wanted to purchase property in Oxford for 30 years. In 2022 we finally did! We are so excited to have this condo and can't wait to share it with you.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I knew we wanted a condo in Oxford, but not just any condo... we wanted a condo in The Tyler Inmon House. I have loved The Tyler Inmon House since it was built. My favorite thing about the condo (other than location of course) is the brick exterior with unpainted exposed support beams. Once we finally reached a place in our lives where purchasing one was an option we realized they are not so easy to come by! There are very few condo units in The Tyler Inmon House and therefore it's very hard to acquire one as an owner or a guest. They don't come up for sale often so we waited patiently until a unit with a balcony finally hit the market (not all units have a balcony). We jumped on the opportunity to finally call one ours! We have enjoyed it and will enjoy it for years to come and are now very excited to share it with you!
I know you will love the condo as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

The location is certainly a coveted benefit of the condo. Literally in less than one minute from the time you leave your unit you can walk to the Square and in about 5 minutes you can walk to the Ole Miss campus. You haven't truly experienced Oxford until you have experienced it on foot. You'll be greeted with "hey y'alls" and "Hotty Toddy". You walk the same paths walked by William Faulkner himself. There's just no better way to experience Oxford, than on foot. Oxford had grown into a thriving year round tourist destination. Driving around looking for a parking spot, can often take away from your visit. Traffic and parking in Oxford are not much fun on any given day and nearly impossible on event and game weekends. Not a concern for you though! Your stay includes a dedicated parking space in the garage on the bottom floor of the building so you can park your car and never drive it again during your stay!
