This is a lovely house in a great location. Cozy living room with a working fire place, nice big kitchen with everything you could need, comfortable and clean bedrooms, and a lovely neighborhood that's a short drive to downtown and within walking distance of the river. The hot tub and sauna are a plus! Highly recommend!

Wonderful location and home for our family reunion with plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, ADU for newlywed couple and even a hot tub/sauna. There were several areas for settling down for TV shows together and a big table for our jigsaw puzzle and card games. We loved being able to walk to the Old Mill District for bike riding and ice cream, etc.

Golf trip

Only stayed one night but had access to entire property. House was in great location with everything we needed. Walking distance to restaurants and close to golf courses we played. Would Stay here again for sure!

Perfect house and location

Held our annual fantasy football guys trip this past week at the house in Bend. Great house, location, and amenities! Had everything we needed, and is within walking distance of several restaurants and bars, and in proximity to hiking, golf, etc.

Wonderful house, great location

We rented the house for a multi generation family ski trip to Mount Bachelor. Unfortunately, my husband and I were unable to participate, but our daughter and her family and a niece and her boyfriend had a wonderful time at this property. It was spacious enough to give everyone privacy and had great places to gather. There were non-skiers in the group and they reported that the location was fabulous for easy access to other activities in Bend.

Great Wedding Family Place

We had a great experience here as the parents of the groom. Being from out of state for their destination wedding, this place was perfect. We had ample space for the family. Kitchen was well equipped for the meals we prepared. Location was great to the old mill area, downtown and to Aspen Hall where wedding was. Dan was responsive. Place so clean and easy to keep clean. Thanks for making the perfect wedding even better.

Mom’s Getaway

We had a retreat in Bend that we were all attending. The house was the perfect location for us to be able to rest, have fun, and enjoy some much needed time away! We were so grateful for the walking distance to the Old Mill District. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub was a great place to let down and hang out. Our host was available and attentive to any questions I had leading up to the trip. I plan on staying there again in the future! You know it’s great if you want to go back!

Gorgeous home and perfect walking area for our family

I recently stayed at a lovely rental home with my husband, which was by far the best we have ever experienced. The house was even better than described and pictured. It was located within walking distance of the Old Mill and the Deschutes walking trails, making it very convenient. The home was spotlessly clean and tidy, with comfortable furnishings and no clutter. The outdoor spaces were private and inviting, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were of high quality. Being someone who enjoys cooking, I particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which had a gas cooktop/stove, quality cookware, knives, and more. We would highly recommend this home and give it a 5+++ star review. Also, my parents were very happy with the guest home. They had a full kitchen and living room, which allowed them to relax away from the group when they needed some alone time. It was a perfect balance of space and privacy for the ten of us. I want to thank Daniel for considering the comfort of his guests!
