Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Sarasota retreat with a private heated pool, 5 TVs, and central convenience. Just 5 minutes from Sarasota Airport, 20 minutes to Lido Key Beach, and UTC mall. Groceries like Walmart and Publix are 7-10 minutes away, and we even have shuffleboard for your enjoyment.

Pool heating available November - April with no extra charge. Pool heater may raise the temperature by 20-25 degrees at most as long as the outside temperature remains above the 50ºF.

No smoking on premises of any kind, $500 fee will apply. Sorry no pets ( including service or emotional) are allowed due to Host allergies.

Amazing vacation at a great property

We enjoyed the stay at this beautiful house, with all the amenities needed. We spent an amazing family time. We’ll definitely will come back. Excellent communication every time we asked questions. We really recommend this property.

Perfect!!

What an amazing property and location! This clean, updated, and nicely appointed home is perfect in many ways. The showers are clean, every bathroom was pristine , and the kitchen is big enough to cook a gourmet meal. The pool is beautiful and outside area is private. The home has everything anyone could need while staying there including fast, clean internet connections. It was perfect.
