Enjoy access to the water right in your backyard or venture out to discover a variety of popular local attractions, including several parks, the Fulton Mansion State Historic Site, the Festival Grounds at Rockport Harbor for spectacular year-round events, and the Texas Maritime Museum, all less than seven miles from your door.

The great room boasts a soaring ceiling, a full, open-concept kitchen for whipping up all your favorite recipes, a dining area for mealtimes or rainy-day board games, and a living area with a TV and a large sectional. Outside, take a walk out on your dock and cast a line or do some crabbing. Then fire up the gas grill to prepare your catch of the day and dine alfresco at the picnic table.

Central air-conditioning is included to make your stay perfect.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
