Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
When you leave for the last time, please leave the keys on the counter, turn both ac units off and all the lights, lock the doors.
Put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the unit. Gather all towels and either leave them in the bathtub or put in the washer and start the unit

My husband and I are the owners of this property. We love hosting this property so others can experience the beauty, peace and serenity that we experience when we stay at our home. We have tried to supply everything you will need for a relaxing stay.
Why they chose this property
We chose this area because of the beautiful beach and water that we are able to view from our covered patio. We are steps away from a relaxing day at the beach as our home is directly on the beach. The breeze that we get off the ocean most days is delightful making the covered patio a great place for your morning coffee, a night time beverage or to enjoy your meals. Not only do we get to see beautiful sunrises each morning, but the colors of the sunset are also visible beyond the Salt Pond.
What makes this property unique
Our home is newly built, Finished January 2023. We put much effort into the design and quality of the home to make it as relaxing as possible. There is an AC unit in the bedroom for night time comfort and also one in the main part of the home to keep that cool. The units are large enough that even if you turn them off while you are out, the entire home will cool down quickly when you turn them back on. The home is very private and on a quiet cove with fairly calm waters, even though it is on the Atlantic Ocean. Most days the water is calm and very swimmable. You can also snorkel and see a variety of fish without traveling to another area.
