We just purchased this on going vacation rental home. it had 35 5-star ratings . We remodeled it and now it's ready for you and your family. We own vacation rental homes in Sedona and Phoenix that we've run for 15 years. We recently moved to Colorado. We found this home to be perfect for a vacation rental. We're hoping that you agree. The space

The kitchen that opens up to the living room comes fully equipped with cooking essentials to prepare meals, newer appliances including a refrigerator with ice maker, gas convection range with air fryer oven setting, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining area seats 6.

Enjoy a peace of mind knowing that your vehicles are protected from Colorado storms and secure inside the 2-car garage. Remote controlled garage door openers are available for use in your vehicles. Additional parking is available on the side of the property that will accommodate a large boat, RV, or U-Haul. Perfect family visit

The property is fully stocked, easy to get to and beautiful. 2 adults and 3 kids under 8 had plenty of room to eat, sleep and relax. Property owner is easy to get a hold of if needed and gave us some great local information. We hope to be back again soon.

I have run a short term rental business for the last 15 years. Sedona, Chandler Tempe and Scottsdale. We've moved to Colorado and purchased this home for the purposes of short term rentals. I've been successful with the homes I have in Arizona, because of the work ethic that I learned from my father, who owned hotels when I was growing up. I learned how to take care of guests, and also how to maintain a clean and safe location for Guests. I work very closely with people if they choose to have me work closely with them or I leave them completely alone. I get in touch with them right off the bat. Why they chose this property

The reason we chose this particular location is because of its proximity to the lake and mini recreational facilities. I like the fact that we're 35 minutes from Colorado Springs where it pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods resides. Also, like the fact that we're very close to the royal gorge, Florence, Canon city. Also close to the mountains within 20 minutes were in the mountains and pines with lakes. Absolutely beautiful here and it's very close to get anywhere so that's why we purchased this house.

What makes this property unique

I'm not sure how many houses here have hot tubs but we made sure when we purchase this house. We got a hot tub because all our other homes have hot tubs. we are looking at Pikes Peak and there are no homes within 1000 feet so privacy is great. we are not in a suburb with homes 30 ft away. The home had 55 5 star reviews before we bought it so we are certain that we will have more real soon.
