Comes with high speed internet for TV streaming or getting some uninterrupted work done. There is a private deck with chairs and outdoor grill access. There is a lovely family renting the front house long term. The shared yard features an outdoor dining table and bistro lights. It is perfect for those looking to enjoy all the West LA and our LA beaches have to offer in the Del Rey area -- a quiet mature residential neighborhood conveniently located in the center of it all without the big city feel in this quiet, family-friendly neighborhood--only 10 minutes from Venice Beach 12 minutes from LAX, 6 minutes from LMU and 8 miles from UCLA. Near tons of great restaurants and shops.
