Nice studio with great amenities in a good location. Free parking is a great plus, but finding the parking spot in the garage is a little challenging. The video is very helpful!

This property was perfect for my needs. In the Marina area, close to shops and restaurants. Also close to the Marina Freeway which made it so easy to go into LA. Pool was wonderful! I will definitely stay here again.

Business trip stay perfect place

This is a great little studio. Very clean, neat and bright. The location was perfect for me. I loved being so close to the beach. Easy access to a grocery store and restaurants. The hosts were very thorough with all the necessary information. I would totally stay at this property again.

I booked a last minute trip to LA with my daughter and found this cute place. It suited our needs perfectly. Communication with property owner was timely and we appreciated all of the little details. My only recommendation is beach towels :) We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Need to talk to VRBO. Message on check in went out 1pm,3 messages in fact. Managed to print 1 and we set off. Instructions were wrong, taljed to office, went to apartment and after opening door, gound it occupied. Tried to call owner / manager, ZERO response. Called VRBO and eventually takjed toa person. They conracted us with manager, they had switched our rental to another building. Eventually got there, place was TINY, nothing like it was shown. Only window was to a dog walk so could not open currtain at all. Lack of towels (2 bath plus one hand only), cutlery - 1 knife, various assorted plates and glasses. Instructions for parking were wrong. ....... This should NOT be on VRBO.
