Incredible location and top notch accommodations…a few buts.
This condo is new as listed and appointed in this most perfect way. Kitchen had everything you could ask for with all pots and pans, dishes, keurig, drip coffee maker etc included dishwasher tablets and washing tablets. The beds were comfortable. The location is ideal and Charlie young beach is right across the street with incredible eats within walking distance. Highly recommend Kihei Cafe, 808 Deli and Paia Fish Market. Foodland is about a 1 km walk; groceries here are convenient but very expensive. Walmart and Costco (4.99 whole roasted chickens) proved to be worth the drive. The unit comes with 4 beach chairs which we were incredibly grateful for. There also appeared to be a snorkel set on the balcony we had our own so can’t comment on it otherwise. One wish would be a beach umbrella for use but otherwise I was beyond happy with this unit. Here’s the cons - there was 3 different contact numbers for the property manager and 2/3 useless, dead ends. Email communication extremely slow during a critical time. Original email stated would get entry instructions 3 days ahead and finally got something the last minute the day before which was stressful. We got there late at night 11 pm after 16 hours of travel time we had no idea where to park nor was it clear which building was what. It would have been very smooth transition if there was a property map. Had to enter the unit to figure out the parking. Smoking on balconies drifted into our unit regularly which was frustrating.

It was great except they didn’t have pool open which they said it was to be opened
Condo we stayed in was nice. Property was just ok. Should have gotten reimbursed for pool not being open.
