It is located on the beach of Asturias, very close to bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, ice cream shop, craft fair, electronic boxes etc.
And best of all, less than 30 mts from the beach !!
The condominium, with the concept of 'Condomínio Pleno', has complete leisure: beach service, swimming pool (adult and children), sauna, spa, games room, playroom, sports court, gym, barbecue, gourmet space, space teen, movie theater: all this can be used by the renters of the property.
The renter can enjoy 2 covered parking spaces, beach service offered by the condominium (umbrella and chairs) and concierge 24hrs for entry and exit of cars and pedestrians in the condominium.
