Situated on an inlet that funnels into Laguna Madre Bay, this waterfront home boasts a shared dock and a private balcony that overlooks the water. BONUS outdoor shower and grill! After a day of boating, kayaking, or fishing, sizzle recipes on the gas grill for a cookout with your crew. Sliding glass doors lead into a modern kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and a four-person bar. After meals, kick back in the main living area to play a board game or watch favorite TV shows. An additional living area upstairs boasts a TV and a wet bar where you can mix post-dinner cocktails. A washer/dryer adds convenience during your stay!

Very enjoyable and conveniently located

Great place to stay, highly recommend. The house very well kept, comfortable and quiet. The doc overlooking the canal is also a big plus. Parking was convenient and the neighbors are friendly as well. Overall great place to stay with family or friends.

Great place with docks and fishing!

This place looks recently completed updated with nice comfy beds. The layout is really nice as there is an upstairs with a second living room space with Huge Window over looking water! It also has a bar area, bathroom and another bedroom which was great for making it feel spacious. Unit came with showering amentties in addition to to and paper towels. There is an outdoor shower on the deck that overlooks the balcony. There is deck furniture now not shown in photos which is nice AND a grill. We stayed up all night fishing on the dock and caught flounder and trout. This is part of a 4 plex not a large condo complex which is nice.

Awesome place !

A very cozy, quaint place with great view! Very spacious updated property with great balcony view ! Highly recommend!
