From Chicago but unable to get to Marco to enjoy winters. Hoping a retired couple will enjoy it as much as my parents did and feel right at home.

Vantage Point is in a cul de sac at the end of the street. Extremely quiet location with beautiful views of canals.
What makes this property unique
Smaller community, only 38 units. Quiet and peaceful. Walking distance (3 blocks) to public beach. Even though the unit is on the 2nd floor there is elevator access.
