Tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood, this beautiful 3 bed and 2 bath home has it all. Fully stocked and updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and dining for six. The large outdoor patio is equipped with a gas grill with plenty of loungers and seating by the pool. Centrally located, we're just 5 minutes to Wilton Drive, 10 minutes to the beach and downtown Fort Lauderdale/Las Olas Blvd and near many of the area's top attractions. Welcome to paradise!
THE SPACE
Set on a spacious corner lot, this updated home offers crisp, modern styling and plenty of privacy, including a fully-fenced yard with plenty of trees to ensure a serene sense of seclusion.
Take a dip in the pool, relax in a lounger, or nap in the hammock. You’ll love grilling up dinner and dining alfresco on the back patio.
Indoors, meal prep is a breeze, thanks to the fully stocked kitchen. The sophisticated decor throughout this home will make your stay a memorable one.
Smart TVs in the living room and two of the bedrooms with fast WiFi to connect to all of your favorite apps. Full size washer and dryer on site for guests to use at no extra charge. Our home has a pack n play / crib and high chair available for use as well.

This home is a short 10-15 minute drive from Ft. Lauderdale’s pristine beaches and boutique shopping, and delicious dining on Las Olas Boulevard.
We are also near famous Wilton Dr where you can check out all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife located on the drive.
The home is only 15 Minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport and close to highway 75 for easy access to Miami or West Palm / Boca.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
