I spent a month at the retreat and it was a wonderful stay. Walking distance to so many amazing parks, restaurants, etc. Being right across the street was a huge plus with a dog staying with me. Both beds were incredibly comfortable. I will definitely be returning!!
Close to everything, cute apartment and easy street parking! Kevin was very thorough in his instructions and checked in throughout the stay which we appreciated! Plan to walk everywhere - the location could not be more perfect. We would definitely stay here again!
Great location for touring historic district and waterfront. Beds were soft and comfortable. Kitchen is well set up. Access to the patio is through the second bedroom. Communication was good with host, he responds rapidly and took good care of us. My favorite thing was food! Savannah has great restaurants. My favorite was Frali Gourmet which has amazing Italian food. The farmers market on Saturday at Forsyth Park was great, try the pralines. They also have arts and crafts and you can pick up gifts for home.

What a lovely property just perfect for 3 adults. My husband and i and our adult daughter felt right at home and Kevin was wonderful.
It was a great experience. The only issue was the construction next door, but that wasn’t a problem, more of an inconvenience for day naps. It was a great location and immaculately furnished. The owner was very courteous and accommodating.
The unit was clean. And everything we wanted to do was nicely walkable. But the walls, particularly the ceiling, has no noise reduction from neighbors. The party above us kept us up past midnight b

Thank you for your feedback. We take every guest’s experience seriously, and we’re sorry to hear that your stay was disrupted by noise from another unit. Unfortunately, despite our clear house rules and prior warnings, a group of tenants hosted a gathering that violated both their lease and Savannah’s noise ordinance.
As soon as we were notified, management intervened, documented the violation, and issued fines in accordance with the lease agreement. We take pride in maintaining a respectful, peaceful environment for all residents and guests, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we could take swift corrective action.
Our goal is always to ensure that future guests experience the quiet, comfortable, and well-managed property that AIM Real Estate Management is known for.
Three sisters girls trip. Walked all over the city, the squares and architecture are fabulous. The apartment was a comfy, cozy place to relax after a full day walking. The shower was great with the large shower head. I would re t again and recommend with no hesitation.
We really enjoyed our Savannah getaway at the garden retreat. The property had everything we needed for the weekend and was the perfect location to the parks, restaurants, and downtown shopping. Kevin responded quickly and was super helpful. The check-in and checkout process was super easy. We would definitely go back and stay here again!
My husband, our dog, and I had a lovely time during our stay in Savannah, GA. The home is in a fantastic location, just a few blocks from Forsyth Park, making it easy to walk our dog and explore the area by foot. The space was roomy, comfortable, and had all the essentials — A/C, full kitchen, and TV access. Also, free street parking was conveniently available in front of the house. The host provided clear and helpful instructions, making everything easy. While the home shows some signs of age and there were a few areas that could use some maintenance, it didn’t impact our stay. We’d love to return and appreciate the warm hospitality!
I'm so thankful the host was able to respond to my message about the code to get in. For some reason I never received it. I got other emails but not one had the code in it.
The apartment above ours was very busy. It sounded like they were up all night walking around their apartment. I didn't get a good nights sleep.
Clary's cafe right around the corner was great.
Riding The Dot transportation was nice.
It would have been nice to have some kind of communication about the apartment and dining in the area. There was no communication in the apartment at all.
Lastly, I thought there was 1+ bathrooms. In my thinking 1+ means a bathroom plus a half bath or more. There was only one bath. Now it did have two entrances but that doesn't mean 1+ to me.
I paid a lot of money to sleep there. I'll look at other properties next time I come to Savannah.
