This charming cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 2 marble baths. Situated on a large in-town lot & located within .3 mile from the Brevard Music Center and within walking distance to downtown Brevard which offers great restaurants and shopping.

There is a separate den area to sit and read or watch your favorite movies without disturbing the others.
