Welcome to Sunset Point North! Nestled between beautiful Topsail Island and the tranquil Intracoastal waterway is your ideal getaway location. Enjoy our spacious coastal home with panoramic marsh and waterway views! Conveniently located on a quiet street just before the Surf City Bridge to Topsail Island. Guests can enjoy PRIVATE BEACH PARKING and private access at our other oceanfront townhomes on Topsail Island (Guests are Parking Pass and Designated Spot). See photos of gravel parking and deck walkway to private beach access.

Newly constructed and fully furnished with everything you need for beach living. A fully stocked kitchen includes all new stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and dishes. Our spacious dining table and nook with a large eat-at-island will seat 13 people and is perfect for entertaining! All four bedrooms include 35" Smart TVs and ample storage. The Captains Quarters style Primary Bedroom is complete with a King bed, a dedicated office/desk, and breathtaking marsh views.

The outdoor space boasts large decks on both the front and the back of the home, picnic table for outdoor dining, an outdoor shower, private yard, and grill. The large driveway can accommodate 4+ cars and a boat trailer.

Linen service is included in the cleaning cost. In addition to sheets, we provide fresh bath towels, bath mats, and beach towels! We love to support other local businesses by placing their products throughout our home! We hope you enjoy these!

High speed Wi-Fi & Spectrum cable tv is provided throughout the house.
The house boasts 4 relaxing bedrooms to comfortably sleep 10 guests.
Linens and towels are provided for each stay.

This is a dog-friendly home with pet fee. 2 pups max under 50lbs.

Outdoor enclosed shower

Gas grill provided, grilling allowed only in the driveway 10 feet away from all wooden structures. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks, boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund and guest will be held financially and legally responsible for damage caused by violation.

No smoking is allowed in the house or outside.

SPECIAL NOTE: This property owner has an additional beach house rental next door. Both properties may be ideal for families traveling together, please inquire if interested.

Simply amazing

What a beautiful home and such amazing views. House was fully equipped with everything. Immaculate kitchen and bathrooms. Host was remarkable. Highly recommend for a getaway. Close walk over Surf City Bridge to downtown and close drive to beach.

Spectacular home/amenities!

From top to bottom, very tastefully decorated and well equipped with amenities!!! Mere minutes to the beach, shopping and dinner, and an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING view of the sound side with picture perfect sunset views from the back deck. Very well done and we’ll be back!

Perfect for a family military visit!

Our stay was centered around visiting our son, stationed at New River and the property couldn’t have been more perfect!! The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Our kids lived at the beach and the outdoor shower was amazing and a must! We loved every detail and thoughtful care taken to provide the perfect place to host our family.
