The house was huge . Perfect for my group. We are a motorcycle club and we rode up to visit America’s first Mile. Wish the weather was better. Beautiful ride on the motorcycles.
We really enjoyed our stay! This property was great for us. We were a multi family group attending a biathlon event at the FKOC. The multiple rooms with their own bathrooms were amazing. There was also lots of room to socialize. The kitchen was also very well appointed making it easy to cook large dinners. I would highly recommend this property.
Beautiful area. Lots of room for a gathering. We couldn’t find the hot tub. 4 out of the 6 rooms had jacuzzi tubs. Each bedroom had their own bathroom with a bathroom on the main level. Loved that! Dale was very quick in responding to questions. I even forgot my earrings and he mailed them to me! Thank you
The house was spacious, beautiful, and clean. It came stocked with all the necessities. We had 10 people in the house and it was very comfortable for everyone. The fact that every bedroom has its own private bathroom was huge. Customer service was impeccable. Joel was extremely nice. He provided us with information about the area and was always willing to help. Every time he saw us out and about, he offered to help us with whatever task we were trying to accomplish. He told us how to get a fishing license and went out of his way to provide us with his own personal bait. He even offered to give us a ride to the town office to get the license. We did have one freak mishap. The tank on one of the toilets cracked while using it. It wasn’t anyone’s fault; it was just a freak thing that happened through normal use. Joel was understanding and replaced the toilet the next day. There were no accusations. We felt bad enough about the damage that happened during our stay, especially after how nice Joel had been to us up to that point. It was nice that no confrontation was encountered due to it.The neighbors around the house were very nice as well. One of them let us borrow their kayaks for the day. Kayaking on the Fish River across the street from the house was very peaceful and relaxing. The only thing I thought was a little off is the listing indicates that there is a hot tub. A few of the bedrooms have a nice jacuzzi tub that can fit 2-3 people, but there is no outdoor hot tub.
