This private 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is located in a comfortable, quiet and popular neighborhood in Telluride. The home is conveniently located just steps to skiing by lift 7 (Coonskin lift), outdoor space including the bike path and river trail, grocery store (Clark's Market) as well as downtown Telluride. Everything you need is within walking distance!
Enter the home into a mud room with space to hang outerwear. The home leads into the comfortable living room with plenty of seating, flat screen TV and gas fireplace. Adjacent and open to the living room is the fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar seating for 2, and the dining table with seating for 6 guests.
This level also features the primary bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with double vanity and glass shower.
All towels are 5-star hotel luxury quality throughout the home and consist of 100% organic Turkish cotton from FrontGate's Resort Collection. All linens are at least 400+ thread count 100% cotton or cotton sateen.
There is also a door with access to the private back yard with has a large grassy area, perfect for lawn games, and outdoor seating to enjoy Telluride's wonderful summer season.
This home has two levels and upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, accessed via the hallway. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a 4 twin beds, which can also be set up as up to 2 king beds, making this room very versatile and perfect to fit any composition of your group. These bedrooms share a bathroom with double vanity and glass shower. There is also a private washer and dryer in this bathroom.
Although you can walk everywhere in Telluride from this home, the driveway has room for 1 medium to large sized vehicle. There is also additional free street parking at first-come-first-serve basis.
