The house is in the wonderful downtown Bonita Springs, with cafes and restaurants, beautiful beaches, proximity to shopping, major roads and highways. Ten minutes to the beaches, 5 minutes to Naples to the south, 22 minutes to RSW airport. Large front yard and large fenced back yard. Work desk in the master bedroom. 200 mbps internet wi-fi speed by Xfinity, unlimited use, great for 4K streaming and all internet needs. Living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, dining area, TV in every room.
