Living Room: The main living room is the heart of the home, featuring a stone fireplace, comfy L shaped sofa, lounge chair, and a large flatscreen TV. Expansive windows frame breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Range, while two balconies offer direct access to the fresh alpine air.

Kitchen: The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry. A breakfast bar with seating for 3 overlooks the space, making it ideal for both casual mornings and festive dinners.

Family Room: On the lower level, the family room features a foosball table, flatscreen TV with Roku, sofa, wet bar, and mini fridge. This space opens to the patio, where the private hot tub is located.

Patio/Hot Tub: Step outside to soak in the private hot tub while taking in mountain views. Twp balcony and the hot tub patio provide additional outdoor seating and fresh mountain air.

Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer located near the guest bedrooms downstairs.

Garage: Heated 2-car garage with an EV charger and room for ski gear storage.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

Please be aware that there are security cameras placed in the access and parking areas. Any video footage is not shared and is only in place for liability protection, and in no way infringes upon our guests' expectations of privacy in the property.
