It's only 5 minutes from the center of downtown Lufkin and convenient to Sam's Club, Wal-Mart, Lufkin Mall, HEB and Brookshires food store. If you love to shop, you're in the right neighborhood and all of your favorite restaurants. Welcome to our Ranch House, your home away from home. Conveniently located to everything in the city; shopping, dining and all the entertainment, even the city zoo. The home is fully furnished and offers the utmost space for your whole families comfort. As our guest, you'll have access to a cozy but spacious living room with a 65' TV, dining room, office space, fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, private backyard, a covered patio, private lake & much more. Beautiful home away from home

Perfect for our family for the weekend. Well maintained with lots of extra homey touches. The yard was perfect for the kids and dogs while the porches made a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Will definitely stay again in the future- and hopefully it will be cold enough next time to make use of the gorgeous fireplace too!

Christmas Vacation in the Country

Nice stay for me and my family of five when visiting my parents in Lufkin. Great open space with attractive fireplace in the vaulted great room. A wonderful feeling when you walk in. The third bedroom is a loft, and the third bath was not accessible during our stay. Roomy Kitchen with island for food prep. Nice refrigerator with water filtration and ice maker.

Lufkin property overall very good

The long driveway was very muddy due to a lot of rain. Water poured off roof over stairs leading off the front porch. I believe the gutters just needed cleaned out. I would definitely stay here again because it was a nice property and very spacious.
