This recently renovated Ten Mile Haus condominium is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit that Sleeps 8 people. In the Master Bedroom, there is a queen size bed. Other bedding within the residence includes a queen size bed in the 2nd Bedroom and 2 bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. Amenities in this spacious condo include a Gas burning Fireplace, TV, DVD player, and, Full Size Kitchen. This unit is "Ski-in/Walk-out" and only a short distance from the American Eagle and American Flyer Lifts. The large 1,120 square foot floor plan gives plenty of room to relax. The building has indoor, covered parking, community Laundry Facilities. Right on the Condo Access ski run! Ten Mile Haus #A3 is ideal for families or groups and is a short 2 min. walk distance from the Center Village at Copper Mountain. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72359 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.

Excellent location and the sleeping space was nice. Each bedroom had something going for it: The main bedroom had a closet. The other big bed had a deck. The bunk room had an extra sink. Perfect accommodations for our combined family with teenagers. I would hope to stay here again. My only hesitation in writing this review is that it might stay so booked that I can’t get in!

The house besides having not been updated for at least 25 years, is not really capable of handling the 8:00 or so guests as advertised. The main upstairs bathroom mismatched hardware, doors, and is a tiny space not suitable for the three bedrooms upstairs. Some owners try to save money on paper goods like toilet paper and paper towels. Also providing cheap, useless bath towels. As an owner of many rental properties, this is not the way you pinch pennies to save money.In the kitchen there were a number of basic items not found such as measuring cup and proper pots and pans.

This property is great for a friend ski trip. It sleeps 8 but more than 6 adults would be tight. It does have ski out access but you need to be able ski steep blues to use that otherwise the shuttle service is very easy and convenient. Parking was great, reasonable price. Would recommend

Great property

It had everything we needed; 3 min walk to Center Village and 6 min walk to American Eagle Lift. If you have new skiers and are going to west village for lessons, it's not as convenient if they need to carry equipment and cannot ski long beginner runs.

Great overall

Arrangements were easy and true. Location just a walk to central village lifts was great. Unit is a bit older and the absence of in unit washer and dryer with a three bedroom that fits two families was a let down. Had no maintenance issues and appreciated that we were able to have multiple cars for free. The garages are low though so not all SUV, vans with car top carriers/racks can fit. Thanks!

Family ski trip

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were a group of seven. The kitchen is well stocked, there are tons of hooks to hang all of your ski gear, cubbies for boots. We found it easier to walk out/in. The cons were the beds and pillows. The pillows were all flat took multiple pillows to get comfortable. The beds were sagging in the middle and just uncomfortable. After a long day of skiing/boarding the beds definitely added to the stiffness in the morning. None of us slept well.

Good Stay at 10 Mile House Condo, A3

Good experience in condo A3. The condo was as advertised though felt small with the 7 people we had. I think the pictures make it look bigger than it is. The bedroom/bathroom configuration was a little strange with the bunk bed room being the only room attached to a bathroom. But, the location was good as long as you are not expecting total ski in-ski out (you could sort of ski-in if you didn't miss the turn). It was a short walk to the main village and lifts and when we had a minor problem (sink was clogged) someone was out to fix it immediately, even though it was New Year's Eve. In addition, the check in/check out process could not have been easier.

The ski-in, ski-out access was convenient, but the walk to the village was longer than expected, and the icy path made it challenging. The unit is two stories with all three small bedrooms upstairs. There’s one bathroom upstairs and one downstairs, but the listing didn’t mention the stairs. It mentioned an elevator, but we didn’t see one anywhere in the garage that provided access to the condos. This was tough for my mom, who has had a hip replacement, and my dad, who has had a knee replacement. After a long day of skiing, walking up and down stairs chasing my toddlers was not fun (even as an in shape 35 year old. All in all good location. Condo was fine but could use some updates to make it feel more modern and less dated.

Great location ski in/ski out!

Loved this condo! It is located directly on a ski out trail so that you can ski right up to the condo complex. There is a tiny bit of a hill to climb with your skis in the morning, but then you can ski right down to American Eagle lift. The hot tub is only a few steps from the condo door and was clean and big enough to hold 8 people. The condo was very clean and came with more than enough plates, glasses, pots, pans, utensils etc. It also had many little extras like games, dvds, great TV, Wi-Fi, a speaker for your iPod (although it only worked with the 4S model and didn't seem to have the adapters). The front entrance was equipped with a long bench and cubbies for your ski boots and accessories. The ski locker out your front door was also quite nice! The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the room with all of the bunk beds/trundle. Two sinks upstairs and a full bath; downstairs bath was also quite nice. The fireplace kept the living room nice and cozy, although I would suggest a pair of slippers as the condo sits over the parking garage and the floor is cold. The baseboard heaters worked well except in the smaller bedroom with the balcony - you either had no heat or a sauna in there! (needs to be fixed). The underground garage is just underneath the condo and made unpacking/loading the car much more comfortable. I would like to have seen somewhere for the recycling at this complex, but none was found. Copper Mountain was great to ski. It wasn't too crowded even over New Year's Eve. They New Year's events in the town were also fun. Dinner at JJ's Pub was very good. The service was fast and the food great. We walked there on the path behind the condo that leads to Super Bee lift and the East Village. It only took us about 10 minutes to walk. There is a grocery store and liquor store in the Center Village along with some other nice shops, and yes, a Starbucks ;-). We also had massages at the spa in the Athletic Center. It was about a 5 minute walk from the condo. The people at Copper Vacations were exceptional helping us out at every turn. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the owners and to Copper Vacations for such great customer service.

We were in Copper for a charity bike ride. Location is perfect in Copper Village. The unit is adequate. Has not been updated for many years and could use a refresh. Also the window from upstairs bedroom faces a busy street so leaving it open at night was a challenge.

Rug was wet when we arrived. Placed a towel on floor whenever we used dishwasher. 2. Faucet in 2nd floor bath/shower was "worn" - not working. Simply turning handle did not adjust the warm/cold water mix. You had to apply force inward to have inner mechanism to engage. Not everyone was able adjust water temperature. Close to unusable.Maintenance Required.

The unit was clean but very dated. This unit needs a lot of attention. The caulking and paint are in very poor shape throughout the unit, the dishwasher leaks and it is so old that the buttons for cycle options do not work. The shower is difficult to turn off completely and the balcony sliding door does not lock. My family had a nice time playing games and sharing meals but I would not rent this unit again.

Code used more for multiple dishes. No pot holders- I had to go to Walmart to buy some. Beds were very firm. Pillows were the thin blue/white striped ones you'd see at a camp or jail. Not to comfortable sleeping conditions. It was a decent condo but not sure I'd stay at this particular condo again-Mostly because of the bedding. Location was the best though.

Saw Mill Pizza was delicious and fast! Excellent skiing!!
