2024 Vacation

Our stay was not bad. A few issues that we had were that we had several roaches that we had found in our room, on the walls and floor. The water in the shower did not drain well at all. My only complaint for the pool areas were that there seemed to be quite a few people utilizing the facilities that did not have the required wristbands that they were suppose to have on. During this time, we did have several items stolen that were next to our bags at the pool while we were in the pool. Our room overall was sufficient for our needs for our vacation.

Needs some work

The checkin process was less than ideal. Checkin time of 4pm is really between 4p-6p, whenever the room is actually ready, they take your cell number and call when it’s ready. So couldn’t checkin until 515pm. After a long day of travel this was an unpleasant surprise. The room smelled musty, and AC unit in first room was really loud. The safe in the room didn’t work. The bathtub water wouldn’t drain quickly during a shower, water eventually went down. Kitchen area could use a few things, like there is a pizza pan but nothing to cut pizza with, just the bare minimum of things in the unit. There are bath towels and wash clothes provided, but nothing in the kitchen area. Beach towels provided down by the pools, usually it was full of towels. Balcony only has 3 chairs, same with table inside. So for a family of 4 like ours someone had to sit elsewhere. The unit overall was clean, just needs some updates. Mattresses are very worn, sink down into the middle. The beach was clean, with chairs/umbrellas that can be rented. Waves were really rough during our stay, but we did find shark teeth on the beach. Several options for pools, but were mostly very crowded. Parking in the garage was convenient, several open spaces to park in on the 4th floor. We would not stay here again, could use a lot of work.
