Living room / kitchen with granite countertop with cooktop and 4 stools, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, sink, demolition wood cabinet and basic utensils for 8 people. Balcony with large table for 8 people, hammock, wooden bench, 2 armchairs, 4 plastic chairs, sink, barbecue with bench. On the ground floor 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and fan, another bedroom reverted to 32 "LED TV room, with single bed adapted to sofa, and minimezanino with double mattress, armchairs and air conditioning, full bathroom, and the suite on the mezzanine, with 1 double bed, an extra mattress, 2 created dumb. 1 with lamp, coffee table with tv, ceiling fan and bathroom.

Foi bom, mas poderia ter sido melhor.

Imóvel e condomínio necessitam reparos. A casa tem uma boa estrutura, mas fora a suíte superior, tem uma impressão de “abandono” os beliches e colchões do dormitório inferior estão em péssimo estado. O dormitório acima da sala não tem ventilação e péssimo acesso, sendo impossível de ser utilizado. A sala de estar está em bom estado exceto pelo sofá bem antigo e com cheiro fortíssimo de mofo. A coZinha possui os utensílios básicos, microondas e geladeira e cooktop funcionam bem. A área da churrasqueira necessita reparos, tem entulhos debaixo da pia e a grelha da churrasqueira precisa ser trocada. Além das paredes descascando que deixam o ambiente ruim. Em relação a limpeza em geral, estava regular, porém a profissional informou que não pode ser melhor devido à falta de manutenção. Sobre o condomínio, também necessita de reparos, a grama das áreas comuns está alta, a piscina tem aspecto turvo (nem chegamos a utilizar) e a água tem cheiro muito forte. Sobre a localização não é ruim, exceto pelo fato da rua não dar acesso direto ao condomínio, tem muito mato o acesso é de terra em péssimas condições. Funcionários do condomínio muito prestativos. Em geral, conseguimos nos divertir bastante, a praia de Cambury é muito boa. A casa e o condomínio tem boa estrutura, mas necessita de reparos para que a experiência dos hóspedes seja mais agradável.

Condomínio ótimo, mas a casa precisa de manutenção.

Como o título diz, a casa precisa de muita manutenção. A churrasqueira, o sofá, os colchões, a mesa e bancos na churrasqueira e a geladeira pequena demais e com prateleiras quebradas (já vi comentários a respeito desde 2016).. acho que acomidaria 6 pessoas com tranquilidade, 8 pessoas é demais. No final, a relação custo/benefício fica por conta do condomínio muito bem cuidado! Tivemos um problema com os chuveiros, mas foi solucionado com prontidão.
