Nuevo Vallarta 2b 1b Condo For Rent!
Our two bed one bath condo is located in the plaza 3.14 in Nuevo Vallarta. Its fully furnished and ready to welcome you for a relaxing quick getaway or a *long term stay. The master bedroom has a king size, while the second bedroom has a full. The bathroom is large and rooms have plenty of closet space. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. The dining table will seat 4 people comfortably, and the living area is bright and cheery. Internet and cable tv for your enjoyment.
There are several restaurants and shops within the plaza and its surroundings. There is a golf course, a marina, beautiful beaches and diverse attractions within 5 min drive. We are 10 minutes north of the airport and 15 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta.
Transportation is reliable with bus stops and taxis available on location. Private parking with a designated spot with24 hrs security.
Restrictions:
*In winter months (December, January, February, March), a minimum of three months rental is required.
Please notice there are no additional fees except on stays of 30 days or more, the CFE fees (electricity) comes the guest responsibility.
No pets allowed.

I believe you should stay where you can enjoy the local culture as well the many tourists amenities designed for your enjoyment, but when returning back to your stay, been able to relax and recharge for your next adventure. At my location, you would be able to venture out and explore the many options Nuevo Vallarta has to offer. Once you are done, you should come back to a peaceful and relaxing place that feel almost like home.
