Nuevo Vallarta 2b 1b Condo For Rent!

Our two bed one bath condo is located in the plaza 3.14 in Nuevo Vallarta. Its fully furnished and ready to welcome you for a relaxing quick getaway or a *long term stay. The master bedroom has a king size, while the second bedroom has a full. The bathroom is large and rooms have plenty of closet space. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. The dining table will seat 4 people comfortably, and the living area is bright and cheery. Internet and cable tv for your enjoyment.
There are several restaurants and shops within the plaza and its surroundings. There is a golf course, a marina, beautiful beaches and diverse attractions within 5 min drive. We are 10 minutes north of the airport and 15 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta.
Transportation is reliable with bus stops and taxis available on location. Private parking with a designated spot with24 hrs security.

Restrictions:

*In winter months (December, January, February, March), a minimum of three months rental is required.

Please notice there are no additional fees except on stays of 30 days or more, the CFE fees (electricity) comes the guest responsibility.

No pets allowed.

Wonderful Vacation Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed the month of January at Sergio's beautiful condo in Nuevo Vallarta. The condo has many amenities to make your stay most comfortable. The location is perfect - close to shopping, restaurants, convenient bus service, everything at your fingertips. Sergio is an excellent host - always available to assist. We hope to return. Great location, great security, great restaurants near by, great pool, friendly staff. Dogs are allowed in the building and that was not appreciated. Tenants would leave them in their condos unattended. That should not be tolerated.

Condo bien situé,sécuritaire,confortable, propre et la description de la fiche est exact. Communication facile avec le propriétaire. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité, on peut si rendre à pied (ce qui apporte un léger inconvénient d’être bruyant en soirée) malgré ça nous allons y retourner

The property had a good location with 5 restaurants just below the apartment, with one being an excellent breakfast restaurant that opened at 7 am. The kitchen area worked well for the small barbeque that we brought with us. The shallow pool area was a great place to spend the afternoons as the apartment did not have a deck. The air conditioner worked well as we kept the windows closed and shades drawn to keep out the sun. The apartment faced west with a view of the pool area.
