The house was built in the late 1700s and boasts a beautiful garden. Is a secluded oasis at the end of a quiet lane. The house is within walking distance to the dart and beach, local shop, coffee shop and takeaways.

The kitchen has a warm aga and back pantry with ample linens and towels and washer dryer.
All bedrooms have a double bed or larger. One of the bedrooms is a loft style bed accessed via a ladder. There is a cot and high chair and children's toys on the premises. The red dining room has a wide selection of boardgames and a perfect playing table.

The house is very old and has some beautiful features, with the age of the house comes the expected quirks and charms.
