Comfy spot, great proximity to downtown

Hosts Monique & Jared were communicative and kind. The apartment is perfect for 2 guests, with super comfy mattresses, very clean, and zero issues with noise. You can walk to St George Street in no time. Will make this our go-to when coming to STA!

It was nice to be within walking distance to historic downtown since there is no free parking downtown. We had plenty of space to sleep and the place was really clean. We were on the bottom level, so one night we could hear the upstairs tenants talking on their deck pretty late. But it wasn't loud enough to keep us awake.

Great Stay

Great location, 5-7min walk to heart of Historic downtown. Comfortable beds , small rooms but perfect for our group of 3. Only AC unit is in living room but even in the middle of summer the house temp was fine especially thanks to the fans in the rooms. Parking spot at residence so that a plus. We will definitely be back. Host was very helpful and communicative.
