With enough space to sleep six comfortably (and room for up to eight with an air mattress), this home is perfect for your desert getaway. The Space:

Bedrooms:

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and an en-suite bathroom for your convenience.
The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
For larger groups, we provide an air mattress that can sleep two more guests.

Bathrooms:

You'll find two clean and well-appointed bathrooms for your use, ensuring that there's no morning rush or waiting in line for a shower.

Kitchen:

Our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're a culinary expert or just looking to whip up a quick breakfast, you'll find all the essential appliances and cookware here.

Outdoor Paradise:

The real gem of our property is the spacious back yard. You'll love spending time outside in the Arizona sun. Fire up the gas grill for a BBQ, gather around the gas fire pit in the evenings, or challenge your friends to a game of horseshoes or cornhole. We offer on-site parking for your convenience. Whether you have a boat, RV, UTV, or any other outdoor equipment, you'll have plenty of room to store and secure it during your stay.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be arranged with prior notice. Please be mindful of your departure time. We often have back-to-back bookings and have our cleaning crew standing by. Please depart by 11:00, unless a later check out was approved. We value our employees' time and feel they should be compensated fairly for any extra standby time, at minimum a $50 fee will be charged for late check-out. This fee goes directly to our crew.

Respect for Neighbors:

Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Be mindful of neighbors when entering and exiting the property, and avoid blocking driveways or pathways.

No Parties or Events:

Our home is in a residential area, and we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events.

No Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Pets:

We love dogs! Please Note: We are a dog-friendly home with an added $100 cleaning pet fee. This is to compensate our cleaning crew for the extra time and equipment needed after our furriest of guests. (Undisclosed pets will result in a triple fee).

Maximum Occupancy:

The maximum number of guests allowed is as specified in the booking. Please inform us in advance if additional guests will be joining. Failure to do so will result in an extra charge.

Cleanliness:

Please help us maintain a clean environment by cleaning up after yourself. A cleaning fee covers standard cleaning, but additional fees may apply for excessive mess or damage.

Kitchen Use:

Feel free to use the kitchen, but clean up after cooking and wash any dishes or utensils you use. Please dispose of food properly and do not leave perishable items in the refrigerator upon check-out.

Utilities and Appliances:

Report any malfunctions or issues with appliances immediately.

Security:

Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals. To lock the door press and hold the # until you hear the click!

Trash and Recycling:

Dispose of trash and recycling in the designated bins. Trash pick-up is on Monday, recycling is on Thursday, so please ensure bins are placed accordingly during your stay.

Yard Maintenance:

Yard maintenance is scheduled for every Sunday.

Long Term Stays: Please note, if your stay is 28+ days, we will have a professional cleaner come in every 15 days. You will be required to pay for the extra cleaning fee.

Emergency Procedures:

Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures.

Compliance with Laws:

Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations.
