You seriously can’t beat the location with a quiet beach and attractions within reach!
Bike (4 adult bikes FREE for use during your stay), walk, or drive to Barefoot Landing with shops, restaurants and musical entertainment at the Alabama Theatre all less than 1 mile away. We are surrounded by numerous golf courses, fishing, Broadway at the Beach, Tangier Outlets, Carolina Opry, Pirate's Voyage, putt putt golf and so much more just minutes away. There are several grocery stores nearby to stock up

We have recently performed many renovations including:
- New floors throughout
- New paint throughout
- New FULL SIZE washer and dryer in unit
- New living and dining furniture
- New decorating throughout
- New Mattresses and frames for all beds
- New rugs
- New bedding and bath linens (sheets, pillows, quilts, and towels)

We try to make it easy for you to arrive and enjoy your vacation immediately upon arrival by providing an ample supply of:
- toilet tissue - hand soap
- paper towels - trash bags
- laundry soap - dishwasher soap

Additional supplies provided:
- beach towels - beach chairs
- beach tent - beach buggy
- throw blankets

We have tried to make it as cozy as your home away from home,
but better with that amazing ocean view :)

For those with little ones we provide:
- beach towels
- a mini crib (with thick 3 inch crib mattress with breathable cover for a safe and comfortable sleep) - Graco convertible high chair (accommodates an infant AND toddler at the same time).
You already have enough stuff to pack for those kiddos and hopefully this makes it easier for you.

This property is completely NON-smoking/NON-vaping (including balcony and pool areas)
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 ONLY
Per HOA rules:
NO pets are allowed.
NO motorcycles or trailers

DO NOT BRING LUGGAGE OR SHOPPING CARTS IN THE UNIT! Unload your items outside of the unit and take the cart back down for others to use.

Help keep sand at the beach, not in the condo :) NO SAND TOYS, etc. in the condo. Please use storage closet outside the condo to store beach stuff.

Beautiful Oceanside Condo

We loved our stay! The view of the ocean was amazing to wake up to. The place was very clean and had all the essentials. A very relaxing and peaceful environment. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful view, great getaway!

The property was beautiful. Decor was over the top delightful, and everything was spotless clean which is so important to me, but the ocean view was the best. Restaurants and shopping nearby was a plus. Can’t wait to book again for a longer stay.

A little slice of paradise

This condo was absolutely perfect! Not only did it have an amazing view of the ocean but the condo itself had everything we needed for our family (1 yo & 6yo). No only were the beds and couch super comfy but there were toys and a high chair! The location of the condo was great as well. We were only a short distance from shopping and restaurants! I will 100% be recommending this condo to anyone and everyone!

Why they chose this property

We have vacationed in several places and found North Myrtle beach to be a special place with everything at your fingertips. We LOVE Crescent Sands at Windy Hill for many reasons. It's a low rise building so no overcrowding and our unit is located just one floor up so no need to wait for the elevator! It's conveniently located to Barefoot landing with all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment less than a mile bike ride, walk or drive. Starbucks is approx 1/2 mile away and a small playground down on 46th st. Tanger Outlets are just 10 min south, and about 15 min to downtown Myrtle Beach and Boardwalk shopping area. There are golf courses galore and miles of beautiful beaches along the Grand Strand! We know you'll love it as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

Our condo has 3 bedroom and 3 FULL bathrooms!! Very rare for an oceanfront condo. For those with little ones, we also provide a mini crib with 3 inch mattress with breathable pad for a safe and comfortable night sleep and high chair.
You'll have everything to hit the beach from boogie boards, a beach buggy with cooler, beach tent and brand new beach chairs!
