The only 3 BR complex on Shore Drive. The condo can comfortably accommodate 6 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom & 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. You must be 25 or older to rent this condo per HOA rule. Linens are included and 2 beach chairs are available for use in the attached laundry room.
The unit features all new tile flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home, a breakfast bar, updated appliances and bathrooms, a washer & dryer in unit, cable equipped smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living room, free parking, Wi-Fi, and an elevator to access to this 3rd floor condo. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Towels can be left on the bathroom floor and bed linens can be left on the beds after removed.
Set the thermostat to 60 degrees in the winter if set to Heat or 75 degrees in summer if set to Cool.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
I've been coming to Pelican's Landing for over 20 years now. My family has had a property here since the early 2000's. I had a property in Pigeon Forge, TN that I sold early in 2022. I had named it "Best of Times." When the opportunity to purchase this amazing property arose, I jumped at the chance and was lucky enough to have my offer selected. "Best of Tides" was born!
What makes this property unique
There's something special about Shore Drive. It's Myrtle Beach, but it's also a little bit slower and more family friendly. Specifically, with this condo, the 3 bedrooms are fairly unique for the area. The elevators are certainly nice as are the beach views from this oceanfront condo. I absolutely love it.
