Charming Log Cabin on Private Pond Nestled in Woods Near Holiday Valley Resort

My charming log cabin sits on 100 acres of private land which adjoins 2200 of New York State Forest. It overlooks a small pond that is stocked with bass. You are welcome to catch a few and cook them fresh on the gas grill. The front porch is comfortable with beautiful views of the pond, hills, and the valley below.

It is a cozy cabin with a sleeping loft and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a shower. The loft has a queen size bed and the first floor has a double futon.

The sleeping loft is reached via a narrow metal spiral staircase.

Bring your bicycles in the summer or your cross-country skis or snowshoes in the winter or your hiking boots year round, as the state forest is full of groomed trails. Or bring your books and just relax and enjoy your surroundings.

There is a fire pit for cool evenings or just to enjoy while relaxing.

We are only 12 minutes from Ellicottville, New York which is a quaint little ski and resort town. You can ski in the winter or golf in the summer. There are world-class restaurants for fine dining and wonderful shopping. Take advantage of all that this enchanting area has to offer. I have some of the highlights listed below.

Exactly as pictured. So calm and peaceful. About 20 min to ellicotville. My only recommendation is to bring extra pillows and make sure you have a car that can make it up the gravel driveway. Really great stay. Very clean as well. Would come back!

It's a fabulous place

It's a beautiful log cabin very peaceful and a great pond to swim in this is the third year in a row we have gone the dog loved swimming and Bette keeps the place so clean and well maintained we love it
