Newly remodeled, incredibly delightful, this gem of a condominium is proof that precious things do come in uniquely shaped packages. With everything, well, "brand new" the appeal of this Vail 21 ‘valentine’ is undeniable. Alluring in its simple pleasantry. It lacks nothing of modern charm, providing amazing accessibility and all the desired creature comforts including an indoor ski and boot rack. There’s a sweet wood burning fireplace set into a tile hearth that adds a touch of style to this haven in the heart of Lionshead. The bunk bed alcove off the family room is one of a kind, so you can sleep 4 comfortably. Plenty of storage space as well to boot.
Delight in the location, which is only a one minute walk from the Lionshead gondola. Relax on the balcony after a day on the slopes and watch the skiers and boarders passing by. You'll absolutely love the grocery store located just across the street. If you don't have a car, no problem, your shuttle driver will drop you off right on front of the building.
Amenities include a full gourmet kitchen, dining table, wood burning fireplace, balcony with great views, Large Smart TV in the living room, assigned outdoor free parking spot, common washer and dryer just across the hall, common hot tub on 6th floor.

• Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to, counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.
• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards eradicating viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.
• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.
• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.
• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.
