PalmAruba is located in Palm Beach main avenue which connects the high-rise hotel area with the Noord District.

Best Beaches less then a 3/4 mile away. Restaurants, nightlife and shopping malls within walking distance Post office, banks, supermarkets, drugstores, medical center, church, police station. Close to the high-rise hotel area and touristic activities.

ATTENTION:
Please be aware of the following maintenance activities.
Pool Closure: Due to pool maintenance and repairs, the pool will be closed on June 10th & 11th 2024.

Painting Project:
From September 1st – September 30th 2024, exterior painting of north and south tower will be carried out. From Monday-Saturday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Pool will remain open however please take note that scaffolds and maintenance crew will be around during the work hours which may result in noise/loud.

Superb condo, extremely clean, located less than 5 minutes from Palm Beach

Superb condo, extremely clean, located less than 5 minutes from Palm Beach, close to restaurants and services. Great site with swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, and basketball. Hanny was extraordinary, very attentive to our needs. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Christmas In Aruba

As it was described, and pictures, we were under the impression that there would be more "kitchen" items to make use of the VRBO. Albeit there were enough pots and pans, there were enough dishes/silverware/glassware for two, there was not much for knives and kitchen utensils that would be used for cooking. There were no utensils for the grill, or "plates" to carry back and forth. The property manager was nice enough to help us out and purchased some dish towels and oven mitts. Our experience with other VRBO's is that some dry goods and olive oils, etc are left behind, we did not find anything. The complex was nice, a relaxing pool area to use. It was great there was an ice machine as the fridge ice maker did not work.
