Look no more!! Highly recommended stay!!

We highly recommend staying at this beautiful home. Paul was a wonderful host and quick to respond when we had questions. Our family had a great time. We loved that the outdoor pool was a short walk. We definitely will be back!!

Loved our weekend at this townhouse. Very clean, well equipped and the easy entry was great for my 82 year old parents. Loved that there was paper towels, toilet paper and toiletries to get us started! Hated that it was too cold to enjoy the back deck. We'll just have to come back for that!

Loved our stay

We had a great stay at Altitude Adjustment! The home was very clean and well kept, and the kirchen had everything we needed. Paul was easy to get in contact with and responded quickly with questions. It was rainy during our stay, so we used the indoor pool multiple times. We had a great time and look forward to returning one day.

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay in Paul’s house! The house was beautiful and clean. The kids nook was a huge hit with our kids! We also enjoyed using the indoor pool. Paul was super responsive. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Great Weekend

We were joined by out of state family to see our son graduating from App State. The cabin was perfect. Fifteen minute drive from the ceremony, then we were able to relax and spend quality time together with great views of the night sky and mountains. Location was quiet, hot tub at clubhouse was relaxing. Only downside was that we couldn’t stay later. We’ll be back for sure.

A mountain must!

We had such a fantastic stay! The house was gorgeous, nestled in the perfect spot in Echota- super close to one of the clubhouses for family fun and the fitness center, and a short drive to the indoor pool. My husband and our 4 children (ages 7-15) LOVED the space! We enjoyed dinners in, family games, puzzles and quality times in these beautiful mountains. Thank for you sharing your gorgeous home!

Family Reunion at Echota on the Ridge

We had a terrific stay at Paul's property for my family's 36th reunion. The unit was perfect for different generations. Access was easy for my 85 year old mother, and the pool and clubhouse were close by for my great nieces. I love that this property is "off the main drag" on a cul de sac. Parking was a bit more limited, but the main road can get a little busy. The unit was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was very well equipped. Loved having a lot of storage space in the kitchen for food, beverages, Crock-Pots, etc. in the pantry. Having 2 thermostats helped us be sure that temperatures were pleasant on both levels. Thanks for the great home base for our reunion, Paul!
