AUGUST SPECIAL! STAY 3 NIGHTS, 4TH IS FREE WHILE POOL IS CLOSED! 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 2nd floor Condo with a Beautiful Beach/Ocean and pool view. Bedroom has a king bed with view of the ocean with separate access to the patio. Living room couch is a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Full kitchen with everything you would need to zoom plus microwave and a Keurig coffee machine.

Wonderful place to stay! We LOVE this little unit and everything about it. Working with Melissa was easy and efficient and all went very well with check-in and any questions we had. This little place is so cute! We have already booked our trip for next year..so believe me..it was an excellent place to stay!

Wonderful Condo

We've vacationed many times in our marriage, but never between Christmas and New Year's. Island Beach Resort condo 203 was exactly as advertised. Recently renovated and right on the beach. Melissa was always quick to respond to questions. We had a great time and will be back!

Cute condo on the beach. Beach chairs provided. Sunrise view from the room. Would be great if there were screens on the sliding doors. Also, missing extra trash bags and the property had issue with giving one out.

The property is good. The condo is dated. 1 code for parking, 1 for building, 1 for room. You also have a key for entering the beach and the gated pool. Just a bit much. Except for sink the kitchen is very dated. Stove did not work at all. Have not used ice trays forever. WiFi is very minimal. Not good if working. Our TV’s were smart but the WiFi would not stream. Minimal electrical outlet. We had 2 adults and 2 kids. We had 5 towels, 2 hand towels and 1 wash rag. A bathmat would have been nice as we used a hand towel. Our biggest complaint was the patio. Very dirty and moldy, old broken wooden chairs. They did have 2 high back chairs that were nice but very dirty. Bugs and mosquitoes were terrible on the patio as well. The rugs outside need to be replaced.
