The Jaypore Suite is 5 mins drive to the entrance to Blue Ridge Pkwy for fall beauty & under 14 mins drive to Asheville downtown.

The Space:
- The Jaypore Suite provides elegant and curated experience of Indian hospitality. The suite is an elegant mix of traditional Indian design, colors and exhibits with modern comforts coupled with magnificence of nature!

- The Jaypore Suite has been designed for guests to get a feel of living in India. The stonewall at the entrance imitates the surrounding walls of the Forts and the walled city of Jaipur. The Indian monsoon rain is a surreal experience and the same has been imitated with the rain-shower

- All the handicrafts & artifacts in the suite are hand-picked from India

-The Living room is spacious, vibrant, bright and housed with a comfortable couch, coffee table, TV for the cold & rainy days when you cannot be outdoors

- There is an open full kitchen with brand new appliances and eclectic Le Creuset pots, Kettle and Indian steel pots to cook your meals. The suite also has blender, microwave, baking essentials, tea, coffee etc.

- Unwind with a delectable Indian culinary experience in the suite. We provide a written family-owned Indian recipe with all the ingredients including Indian spices. You just gotta wear the Chef hat!
If you have any favorite Indian Vegan/Vegetarian dish please let us know and we will be happy to provide the recipe and of course the ingredients!)

- There is a dining space for you to enjoy the sumptuous meals

- The bedroom is very spacious, opens to beautiful forest views and has been designed for a quiet & restful night. It has a queen bed with comfortable mattress and soft pillows, dresser with mirror and chest of drawers. There is also a Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth speaker to unwind, relax, and meditate.

- There is a private en-suite modern bathroom with bidet and a ceiling mounted rain shower for a gentle rain inspired relaxing shower. There is an additional wall mounted shower as well when you need to be quick!

- The Jaypore Suite comes with a washer & dryer for convenience

- The Jaypore Suite has its own thermostat for your preferred temperature

- We are nestled in the forest and nature setting and there is outdoor seating for you to enjoy your morning/evening coffee

-We allow one dog under 65 lbs for a one-time fee of $200. Apart from the dog fence, we provide water bowl, treats and blankets for furniture cover

- Jaipur Suite is a eco & green build home and we have also made a conscious effort to keep the original topography, re-purpose rocks excavated during construction and re-purpose the trees cut during construction. We have planted more number of trees than those taken down during construction

- The concrete driveway is a tad steep (perks of living on an elevation!). We don’t want you to be surprised when you arrive. You drive up once and thereafter you will be just fine driving up. Two-wheel drive vehicles are fine except during significant accumulations of snow or ice. The road leading up to the property is well-maintained and is salted during the winters.

- We have a forest and steep slope around us in the property. We do not recommend walking on the property however if you’d like to, please do it at your own risk. We will not be liable for any unforeseen incidents.

Guest Access:

- All guests have an exclusive private entrance. The suite is elderly friendly as there are no flight of stairs and is situated at the lower level

- There is a keyless entry to the suite and each guest will have their unique code.

- The Guests will also have their own parking spot in the driveway in a parking pad in front of the suite. Only one car parking spot is available for each reservation.

Other things to note:

1.We do not allow parties or gatherings above the specified number of guests in the reservation. Please plan accordingly.

2. Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property. Any defaulters will be liable for a fine of $200

3. Because we are in the mountain area, we are regularly visited by wildlife including Bears, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Spiders and Snakes. While this is one of the reasons we love our property so much, please be attentive of the wildlife and do not feed them.

4. We reside in the main house above the suite. We are very quiet and considerate. There are security cameras outside for us to monitor and to keep the place secure. This is a new construction so you will see some workers working on the property and in the garden, including my wife!

5. The Utility and Storage room at the lower level will be locked and not be accessible to the guests
