This 290 square foot King bed Premier Room has been expertly designed for a luxurious stay. Step out onto the Juliet balcony and take in New York City’s vibrant energy. The living area with Full sized couch comfortably fits two additional guests. Oversized windows equipped with remote-operated shades allow natural light to flood into the apartment, revealing breathtaking views of Long Island City and Astoria.
The amenities are endless: take a bath with an iconic rain-shower head and slip into a deliciously soft logo-stitched robe and slippers combination. A flat screen television with endless streaming options, fully equipped kitchenette, high-speed WiFi, safety deposit box, and bergamot bath assortments make this one of our most luxe accommodations.

Why they chose this property

The quick access to Manhattan and other parts of New York City is one of the biggest draws of the neighborhood. We are a 2 minute walk from the 39th-Ave subway station (N,W trains) which get you to Central Park in less than 10 minutes, and Times Square in 12 minutes.

What makes this property unique

We are a small-business owned and operated by a family! My mom and I did all the interior design in the building, and my father is our engineer/handyman. Our rooms are abnormally huge for NYC (the city tends to have extremely small hotel rooms), plus we have an art gallery onsite, with art displayed from local artists. A lot of love went into the boutique hotel, so we can't wait for you to feel it when you visit!
